Prices for newborn photos in Esslingen

all NEWBORN packages include:

• a non-binding and free preliminary talk via WhatsappVideo/Facetime, even if you don't book.

• individual advice and preparation for this special day.

• a photographer (me). 

• all images are delivered in high-resolution  JPEG format, have been edited and retouched , without watermarks. 

• In the online gallery you and your loved ones can view, share and download all the pictures in full  resolution   

• Right of use for private purposes is a matter of course. Commercial use excluded.

possibly  additional costs ​

• Each additional photo costs an additional 30 euros (from 10 photos: 25 euros/photo).

• Siblings and family photos are possible for an extra charge of 75€  (incl. in NEWBORN 3).

Important information - please note 

Important instructions:

• The shootings are to be paid for in cash or by EC card at the end of the shooting.

• A package upgrade is only possible before or during a shooting.

• I shoot in my own style. Please understand that I do not "photograph" sample photos (e.g. from Pinterest).

• If the shooting is canceled up to 24 hours before the booked date, I charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the booked package. An exception to this is cancellation due to illness (on proof by a doctor's certificate).

• In principle, the release of unprocessed RAW data is not intended. The end product is always an edited photo.

• All prices include VAT​

• For shootings with your pet, I charge a cleaning fee of 30 euros.

• For babies up to the fourth week of life, I calculate the newborn prices (depending on the package booked).

• For babies from the fourth week of life, the prices for baby photos apply.

• Baby shootings are for children up to 1 year old.

• Even children are in a bad mood or just don't "thaw out" - in rare cases it can happen that the photos of a radiant, good-humored child that you wish for are not taken. I ask for your understanding that I still have to charge for the shooting. If none of the photos are usable from your point of view (before the final processing by us), we will give you a 50% discount on the respective package price for a repeat photo shoot.

• All pictures made by me may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes. Publication is only permitted with our express written consent.

• The photographer is entitled but not obliged to archive the negatives and digital data. In general, no liability can be assumed for data loss during the archiving of the photos. If the data, including all acquired rights of use, is passed on to the client, the client assumes the obligation to continue archiving. The data is stored without any guarantee.

• I recommend that you make a backup copy immediately after receiving the photo data!

• I charge 30 euros for the renewed provision of the shooting photos after the first delivery

• The use of our services is at your own risk.

• Parents are responsible for their children.

• Parents are generally responsible for supervising babies and children (securing against falling off the changing table, etc.).

• We are not liable for material damage to clothing, toys, etc. brought along.
